The table with the pass information and pass cases is located to the north of the stairwell on the first floor. The pass cases must be brought to the circulation desk in order to secure a pass. Park passes will only be checked out to T.B. Scott Free Library cardholders. Each week, the passes will be available on a first come, first served basis. If the cases are not in the bookstand, they have been circulated for the week. Holds cannot be placed on the passes. You must know your approximate date of use upon checkout (3 day range, does not have to be near the day you check out the pass, just has to be in 2024). Passes are valid for one day only, and the vehicle using the pass must have a Wisconsin license plate. Please call 715-536-7191 for any other information.
